Warning for the following rivers…

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE…Raccoon Creek near Granville.
* WHEN…Until early Monday morning.
* IMPACTS…At 14 feet, portions of the TJ Evans bike trail are
nearly flooded, with buildings near the Granville Water Plant
flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:00 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 10.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 13.5 feet this afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage early this evening.
