* WHERE…The open waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
Vermilion OH.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Below normal water levels will result in hazardous
navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…At 1 AM EST this morning, the water level
at Toledo was 8 inches above low water datum. The water level at
Toledo is expected to drop below the critical mark for safe
navigation of 3 inches overnight. Water levels will begin to
rise above the critical mark for safe navigation Thursday
morning.* WHAT…Abnormally low water levels.
