ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

South Fork Licking River near Hebron.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…South Fork Licking River near Hebron.

* WHEN…Until this evening.

* IMPACTS…At 11.5 feet, Backwater flooding begins near the
Greenbriar Village Mobile Home Park, with water approaching the
yards behind homes along Greenbriar Lane East. Water also covers
much of Ridgely Tract Road between Route 79 and the South Fork,
covering yards and surrounding two homes in this area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 5:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
morning to a crest of 11.6 feet this afternoon. It will then fall
below flood stage late this afternoon.
– Flood stage is 11.0 feet….The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers…
