* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions and periodic poor
visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday
evening and Thursday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A light wintry mix is possible this afternoon
with snow, sleet, and freezing rain increasing into this evening.
A transition to all freezing rain will occur towards sunset with
untreated surfaces quickly becoming slick. The heaviest
precipitation will occur this evening into the first half of
