knots and waves 3 to 6 feet expected. For the Low Water
Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected.

Vermilion OH.
* WHEN…For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…At 5:24 PM EDT Sunday, the water level at
Toledo was 12.9 inches above low water datum. The critical mark
for safe navigation is 6 inches below low water datum. The
upcoming gale is expected to cause water levels in the western
basin to fall below the critical mark around midday Monday. On
Tuesday, gradual easing of winds should allow water levels to
