Special Weather Statement issued August 11 at 9:53AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OHAt 953 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles north of Chesterville to 7 miles north
of Sunbury. Movement was east at 40 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Mount Vernon, Fredericktown, Gambier, Utica, Centerburg, Danville,
Chesterville, Sparta, Waterford, Marengo, Martinsburg, Gann, North
