Warning for the following rivers…
South Fork Licking River Near I 70 near Buckeye Lake.
* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE…South Fork Licking River near I 70 near Buckeye Lake.
* WHEN…Until Friday evening.
* IMPACTS…At 881.3 feet, Water begins to spill onto eastbound lanes
of Interstate 70 in the area of Exit 129 near Buckeye Lake. The KOA
campground floods, as well as Buckeye Lake Estates.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 5:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 878.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
morning to a crest of 881.2 feet late tonight. It will then fall
below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
