* IMPACTS…At 17.0 feet, Some areas of Licking View Drive near
Livingston Court are flooded. The soccer and baseball fields of
Hobak Park are also flooded.

– At 7:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 16.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.5 feet
this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon.
