Flood Warning issued August 21 at 11:35AM EDT until August 23 at 9:30AM EDT by NWS Wilmington OH…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers…
South Fork Licking River near Hebron.
* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE…South Fork Licking River near Hebron.
* WHEN…Until Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, Water spills onto sections of Mill Dam
Road. Backwater creek flooding from the South Fork of the Licking
River also occurs in the Greenbriar Estates Mobile Home Park, with
water beginning to surround some homes along Greenbriar Lane East
but not entering the main levels.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 11:15 AM EDT Friday the stage was 12.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.4 feet
this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday
morning.
