Vermilion OH.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Below normal water levels will result in hazardous
navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…At 9:42 AM EDT, the water level at Toledo
was 13.7 inches above low water datum. The critical mark for
safe navigation is 13 inches above low water datum. Water levels
in the western basin are expected to fluctuate on either side of
the critical mark through most of this afternoon. By late
afternoon, easing winds should allow water levels to rebound and
eventually stabilize above the critical mark.* WHAT…Abnormally low water levels.
