waters.

For the Saint Joseph River Ohio…including Montpelier, Newville,
St. Joe River Ft. Wayne…Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Tiffin River…including Stryker…Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Tiffin River at Stryker.

* WHEN…Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, Water will cover portions of state routes
191 and 34, and county road F.

– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 6:00 AM EDT Friday was 15.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.8
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early
Tuesday morning.

agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph
River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

Gale Warning issued March 13 at 4:14AM EDT until March 14 at 4:00AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH* WHAT…For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 knots with
gusts up to 50 knots and waves 5 to 8 feet expected. For the
Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected.

* WHERE…The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
Vermilion OH, and the open waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay
to Vermilion OH.

* WHEN…From 8 AM this morning to 4 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong west to southwest winds will cause
water levels across the western basin to fall 1 to 2 feet below
low water datum. The critical mark for safe navigation is
currently 6 inches below low water datum. The lowest water
levels are expected this evening.* WHAT…For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 knots with
gusts up to 50 knots and waves 5 to 8 feet expected. For the
Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected.
