Hydrologic Outlook issued June 16 at 12:58PM EDT by NWS Northern IndianaESFIWX

Periods of showers and thunderstorms expected on Wednesday.
Thunderstorms are expected be fairly efficient rain producers with
some areas seeing 1 to 2 inches of rainfall in as little as an hour.
Even with the fast storm motions forecasted some nuisance flooding
and flash flooding will be possible, especially in areas prone to
past flooding issues.

Area rivers and drainages could also see quick rises even with the
relatively dry soil conditions present.

Anyone in or around flood prone areas should closely monitor
conditions and be prepared to retreat to higher ground.

Be sure to have multiple ways to receive warnings.ESFIWX
