* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

– At 743 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1.5 and 3.5
inches of rain has fallen overnight. Minor flooding is
ongoing in the advisory area with some high water impacting
roadways.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Sandusky, Northern Milan, Castalia and Bloomingville.
