ending at 3:00 PM EDT Friday was 12.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river will rise to 13.3 feet Sunday evening.
It will then fall Monday evening. It will rise to 13.0 feet
Tuesday morning. It will then fall again but remain above
flood stage.
