* WHERE…Raccoon Creek near Granville.

* IMPACTS…At 14.5 feet, Water breaches the TJ Evans bike trail west
of Granville and floods storage buildings near the Granville water
plant. Water also approaches the property of the Denison University
power plant.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 2:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 14.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
this afternoon and continue falling, remaining below flood stage.
