* IMPACTS…At 15.0 feet, Water covers portions of Route 539A and
breaches the bike trail west of Granville.

– At 12:00 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 14.8 feet early this
morning. It will then fall below flood stage this morning.
