areas, De Kalb, Eastern St. Joseph IN, Elkhart, Lagrange,
Marshall, Noble, Northern Kosciusko, Northern La Porte, Southern
Kosciusko, Southern La Porte, Starke, Steuben and Western St.
Joseph IN, southwest Michigan, including the following areas,
Branch, Cass MI, Hillsdale, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien and
St. Joseph MI, and northwest Ohio, including the following areas,
Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry and Williams.
* WHEN…From 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening through Wednesday
evening.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Although water levels continue to fall in many areas, soils
are saturated with areas of standing water still existing.
Chances for heavy rain increase tonight into Wednesday to
bring the threat or renewed flooding to the watch area.
Uncertainty exists on where the heaviest rain may occur,
including locations currently not covered by the watch.
Remain weather aware and be prepared for flooding tonight
into Wednesday.
