knots with gusts up to 35 knots and waves 2 to 5 feet.
* WHERE…The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
Vermilion OH.
* WHEN…For the Low Water Advisory, until 4 PM EDT this
afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this
evening.
* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…At 9:42 AM EDT, the water level at Toledo
was 13.7 inches above low water datum. The critical mark for
safe navigation is 13 inches above low water datum. Water levels
in the western basin are expected to fluctuate on either side of
the critical mark through most of this afternoon. By late
afternoon, easing winds should allow water levels to rebound and
