Vermilion OH.
* WHEN…For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM EST Thursday.
For the Low Water Advisory, until 7 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…At 10 PM EST this evening, the water level
at Toledo was 11 inches above low water datum. The water level
at Toledo is expected to drop below the critical mark for safe
navigation of 3 inches overnight. Water levels will begin to
rise above the critical mark for safe navigation by Thursday
