* At 201 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
waterspouts were located along a line extending from 17 nm
northwest of Luna Pier to 36 nm west of North Cape, moving east at
50 knots.
HAZARD…Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and small
hail.

IMPACT…Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
