IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Mansfield, Ashland, Tiffin, Norwalk, Bucyrus, Shelby, Willard,
Ontario, Wellington, Crestline, New London, Plymouth, West Salem,
Milan, Wakeman, New Washington, Bloomville, Sycamore, Hayesville, and

* WHEN…From 4 AM to 4 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Below normal water levels will result in hazardous
navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS….Southwest winds 25 to 30 knots may cause
water levels in the western basin of Lake Erie to drop near or
below the critical mark for safe navigation which is 13 inches
above low water datum.* WHAT…Abnormally low water levels expected.

* WHERE…The open waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
