In northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga, Holmes, Medina, Stark, Summit and
Wayne. In northwest Ohio, Hancock, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky,
Seneca, Wood and Wyandot.

* WHEN…From 11 AM EDT this morning through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

– Since Sunday afternoon, three rounds of showers and storms
have moved through the region and a large portion of northern
Ohio has received 1 to 2 inches of rain with some locally
higher amounts. Another round or two of storms is expected on
Tuesday into Tuesday night that could bring another 1 to 2
inches of rain with locally higher amounts where repeated
storms occur. This will result in the potential for flash
flooding.

Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued August 10 at 10:51PM EDT until August 10 at 11:15PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OHAt 1050 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Mount Gilead to near Sparta, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to
trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include…
Mount Vernon, Mount Gilead, Fredericktown, Chesterville, Sparta,
Waterford, Marengo, and Fulton.At 1050 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Mount Gilead to near Sparta, moving east at 25
mph.
