producing a funnel cloud near Oak Harbor, or near Fremont, moving
east at 5 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and funnel clouds are possible.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.
